The ‘Build to Scale’ Program Awards Grants To TechTown Detroit, Automation Alley

Today, the US Economic Development Administration’s (EDA) Office of Innovation & Entrepreneurship is awarding TechTown Detroit a grant of $400,000 to unlock angel capital and diversify angel investing throughout Michigan and the Great Lakes region. The grant is part of the Build to Scale Program, which aims to accelerate technology entrepreneurship by increasing inclusive access to business support and startup capital.
