Creepy apartment with indoor balconies goes viral on TikTok

“This is the weirdest apartment complex I’ve ever seen,” wrote a TikToker named Rachel after filming an eerie “inside out” building in Blackburg, Virginia — with balconies facing indoors. She later found out it was a fire code workaround as many of the units lack windows.
